Late cancellation policy
For classes that begin before 12pm (noon): Students may cancel their reservation up to 2 hours before the start of class with no penalty
For classes that begin at or after 12pm (noon): Students may cancel their reservation up to 4 hours before the start of class with no penalty

Individuals with class packs will be charged the credit for the class that they are canceling late. Individuals with unlimited memberships may cancel late once every 4 weeks without penalty, and will be charged $10 for every late cancellation thereafter.

Low attendance policy
For classes that begin before 12pm (noon): Class will be canceled if there are less than 2 students signed up for class 2 hours before Class Start time.
For classes that begin at or after 12pm (noon): Class will be canceled if there are less than 2 students signed up for class 4 hours before Class Start time. 
Inclement Weather Policy 
We follow the Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS) Delay and Cancellation policy for inclement weather. If there is a 2 hour delay for PPS, all morning classes that start before 12pm (noon) will be cancelled. If school is cancelled, all classes for the day will be cancelled.
No show policy
Individuals with class packs will be charged the credit for the class that they no-show for. Individuals with unlimited memberships may no-show once every 4 weeks without penalty, and will be charged $16 for every no-show thereafter.
